Joseph Anthony Garber, 75, Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. He was born on December 26, 1942 to Joseph and Helen (Plafchan) Garber in Detroit, Mich.
Joe was an inventory control supervisor for Kroger for over 30 years. He then drove a school bus for Noblesville Schools for 10 years after his retirement from Kroger. Joe enjoyed cars and was a member of the Miata Club. Pictures of Joe are hard to find because he was always the one taking them. He was a great advice giver and always enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Joe was a devoted husband and supportive father and grandfather.
He is survived by his sons, David (Kristen) Garber and Mike (Tanya) Garber; grandchildren, Devon, Olivia, Nick, Lucy, Lauren, Kate and Audrey; and sister, Rita Veselenak.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marian Garber in 2017; and siblings, Madeline Rye and Daniel Garber.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville.
