John Stewart is not your average school board candidate, and Hamilton Southeastern school board candidates have no business being average.
Stewart is running for the Hamilton Southeastern School Board with a platform focused on addressing mental health in schools, providing diverse career paths for youth, and ensuring a strong educational foundation for every student.
The district needs a candidate who stands out. This district needs John.
John Stewart brings 30 years of business experience as a marketing executive and business owner. He has managed Profit and Loss responsibilities, demonstrating strong financial oversight capabilities.
Personally, John and his wife, Suzanne, have three children who attended Hamilton Southeastern Schools. Their two sons are on the autism spectrum, and their daughter has faced mental health challenges.
“Through our circumstances, I have developed a deep understanding that education does not need a one size fits all approach,” Stewart said. “I recognize the importance of providing diverse pathways to success for all students, regardless of their individual challenges or strengths.”
This experience has given John a profound appreciation for the need to tailor educational experiences to meet the unique needs of each student.
