The second annual Sheridan Jeep Invasion rolled into town on Saturday, Aug. 2.
Taking place on Sheridan’s Main Street, it was a huge success. The day brought perfect weather, a packed crowd, and over 130 Jeeps, and more than $21,000 was raised to benefit the students of Sheridan Community Schools.
The afternoon kicked off with a Jeep parade at 3:30 p.m., followed by a fun car show as Jeeps lined Main Street. Music from Jai Baker 3 could be heard as people roamed the celebration. Food vendors, shops, raffle prizes, silent auction items, and even a Kid Zone kept everyone engaged.
Every dollar donated will go directly back to Sheridan students, teachers, and classrooms through educator grants from the Sheridan Education Foundation. The event wouldn’t have been possible without the support of generous sponsors, community volunteers, Sheridan’s incredible first responders, the Town of Sheridan, Sheridan Street Department, and Sheridan Community Schools.
Sheridan Education Foundation Treasurer Jenna Jessup said, “We are beyond grateful for the support from our community and the Jeep Committee. Saturday was amazing, and we are already excited to make next year even better!”
Mark your calendars now because the 2026 Jeep Invasion is set for Saturday, Aug. 1. If you’d like to get involved as a sponsor, volunteer, or participant, please contact Sharon Brimberry at sebrim@yahoo.com or Jenna Jessup at jjessup@sheridan.k12.in.us.
