Janus Developmental Service President & CEO Yolanda Kincaid (second from right) was able to be part of the recent Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities trip to Washington, D.C. to speak about the shortage of Direct Support Professionals (DSP), the status of supports/services as well as encourage employers to hire people with disabilities. This D.C. fly-in was perfectly timed to occur during National DSP Recognition Week and ahead of National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
