Iris Coralee (Beaty) Stone, 84, Sheridan passed away in her home at Sanders Glen on Thursday, April 16, 2020. She was the widow of Arbie L. Stone.
Iris was born on September 9, 1935. She was a graduate of Tipton High School. Iris was employed in the cafeteria at Sheridan High School for many years.
She is survived by daughters, Debbie (Larry) McClay, Westfield, Sharon (Joe) Moore, Fishers, and son, Brian Stone, Sheridan. She is also survived by two brothers, Roland Beaty and Ed Beaty, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Due to social distancing, there will be a private graveside service at the Boxley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations for the preservation of the Boxley Cemetery would be appreciated.
