Innovcare & Riverview Health bringing new primary care facility to Westfield

Innovcare, in partnership with Riverview Health, announces the development of a new medical facility at the northeast corner of State Road 32 and Spring Mill Road in Westfield.

The 13,630 square-foot building will house a combination of primary care and specialized medical services from Riverview Health, bringing enhanced healthcare options to the growing community.

In 2018, Riverview Health Westfield Hospital opened its doors and quickly became a valued member of the community offering residents convenient options to medical care. Westfield is the sixth-fastest growing city in the country by percentage with a 7.7 percent growth rate (according to 2023 Census Bureau report) and to keep pace with the residential growth, Riverview wants to expand its healthcare offerings to ensure the highest quality of readily available services for its inhabitants.

“This facility will greatly complement our recently announced Endoscopy Center in Westfield Hospital,” Riverview Health President & CEO Dave Hyatt said. “It furthers our commitment to providing the community with readily available care.”

This new facility, slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2025 or first quarter of 2026, will be developed by Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate, LLC, a developer specializing in the creation of high-quality healthcare spaces. Wurster Construction is the general contractor, with architectural design by Arc Design, civil engineering provided by Tesco, and financing by GBC Bank.
