Infrastructure improvements ongoing in Noblesville, 14th Street may be closed next week

The City of Noblesville has announced its Long Term Control Plan Phase 5 work wrapped up on 16th Street on Wednesday. The work included installing a conflict structure manhole. According to city officials, there are various utilities that conflict in this area. Crews have begun saw cutting the asphalt on 14th Street and will start construction on Thursday to install the new storm pipe from Conner Street to Maple Avenue. City officials said that because of the narrow complexity of 14th Street, it may need to be closed through the weekend and into next week.
