Sheridan’s Theta Alpha Alpha Chapter of Phi Beta Psi sorority had a very successful Euchre night on Saturday, Feb. 22.
The community came together to support our cancer research and scholarship efforts. There were 48 players with four players at each table. Pam Drury, one of our own sorority members, was the top scorer for the evening. Our gross was $1,252, and $100 was given to our hostess to help cover her costs. Fun was had by all and the community looks forward to our Euchre night each February.
Vice President Jeanna Pearson created and shared a beautiful poster of our founders of Phi Beta Psi that included photos and stories.
Next up for our chapter we will be co-hosting the annual Pork Loin Dinner with the Sheridan Lions Club from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 26 in the Sheridan Elementary School Cafeteria. Tickets will be $12 for adults, $7 for kids age 12 and under, and kids under age 3 eat free. The menu will consist of pork loin, hashbrown casserole, green beans, slaw, applesauce, cornbread and butter, and homemade desserts.
