Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), Central Indiana’s largest credit union, is pleased to announce Little Red Door Cancer Agency as the new member-nominated beneficiary for its Cancer Awareness Debit Card. The IMCU Cancer Awareness Debit Card provides members an opportunity to support a different cancer-related organization each year. A portion of each signature transaction made with this card March 1, 2020 through Feb. 28, 2021, up to $10,000, will be donated to Little Red Door Cancer Agency.
The card is available for issue to members at IMCU’s 31 Indiana locations. The IMCU Cancer Awareness Debit Card is an option to members with a free checking account and can be issued immediately via IMCU’s instant issue program, which allows members to receive their debit card on the spot.
Celebrating 75 years of service to the Indianapolis community this year, Little Red Door strives to make the most of life and the least of cancer for medically underserved Hoosiers by providing a variety of services, including transportation to treatment, navigation, nutritional support and medical supplies. The Little Red Door provides cancer patients with many survivorship programs, including the oldest camp for kids with cancer in the country.
“We are humbled and inspired by the generous support of Indiana Members Credit Union and their members. This gift will provide much needed support for the most vulnerable cancer patients in Central Indiana,” said Fred Duncan, Director and CEO, Little Red Door Cancer Agency.
“Indiana Members Credit Union is honored to support Little Red Door Cancer Agency and their significant mission of providing cancer support services, programming and education to Hoosiers through the IMCU Cancer Awareness Debit Card,” said Ron Collier, President and CEO of IMCU.
