At the IHSAA Executive Committee meeting Thursday, the organization approved the locations and groupings for the 2020 fall post-season.
Here is a list of where Hamilton County’s fall teams will play in the post-season, as publicized in the meeting minutes, which are available on the IHSAA’s website.
BOYS TENNIS
Sectional 45 at Hamilton Southeastern: Fishers, Hamilton Heights, Hamilton Southeastern, Noblesville.
Sectional 53 at Carmel: Carmel, Guerin Catholic, University, Westfield.
CROSS COUNTRY
Sectional 15 at Pendleton Heights: Alexandria, Anderson, Anderson Preparatory Academy, Blue River Valley, Elwood, Fishers, Frankton, Hamilton Southeastern, Lapel, Liberty Christian, Pendleton Heights, Shenandoah.
(Qualifying teams and individuals advance to the Delta regional. Delta qualifiers advance to the New Haven semi-state.)
Sectional 19 at Noblesville: Carmel, Guerin Catholic Hamilton Heights, Lebanon, Noblesville, Sheridan, Tipton, Tri-Central, University, Western Boone, Westfield.
(Qualifying teams and individuals advance to the Noblesville regional. Noblesville qualifiers advance to the Shelbyville semi-state.)
The state finals take place at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute.
FOOTBALL
Class 6A Sectional 4: Fishers, Hamilton Southeastern, Noblesville, Westfield
Class 6A Sectional 5: Avon, Carmel, Brownsburg, Pike.
NOTE: Two Class 5A Elkhart schools into a new Elkhart High School, which is playing in 6A. As a result, Zionsville was bumped down to 6A from 5A, which meant some shifts in the sectionals were necessary. Noblesville was moved from Sectional 3 to Sectional 4, with Carmel moved from Sectional 4 to Sectional 5.
Class 3A Sectional 28: Bishop Chatard, Brebeuf Jesuit, Crawfordsville, Guerin Catholic, Hamilton Heights, North Montgomery, West Lafayette, Yorktown.
Class 1A Sectional 46: Covenant Christian, Edinburgh, Indiana School for the Deaf, Indianapolis Lutheran, Park Tudor, Sheridan, Tindley.
UNIFIED FLAG FOOTBALL
Carmel, Fishers, Hamilton Southeastern and Noblesville are among the 46 schools listed in the meeting minutes that have expressed interest in participating in the tournament.
The IHSAA said that schools will be placed into sectional assignments after the total number of participating schools is confirmed. Sectionals will take place on Oct. 3, regionals on Oct. 10 and the state championship game on Oct. 17 at Grand Park.
GIRLS GOLF
Sectional 13 at Harbour Trees Golf Club (host Noblesville): Alexandria, Anderson, Elwood, Fishers, Hamilton Heights, Hamilton Southeastern, Lapel, Noblesville, Pendleton Heights, Shenandoah.
Sectional 19 at Pebble Brook Golf Club (host Guerin Catholic): Ben Davis, Brebeuf Jesuit, Cardinal Ritter, Carmel, Covenant Christian, Guerin Catholic, Pike, Speedway, University, Westfield.
Qualifying teams from Harbour Trees advance to the Lapel regional at Edgewood Golf Club, while qualifying teams from Pebble Brook advance to the Roncalli regional at Smock Golf Club. The state finals will continue to be at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel.
GIRLS SOCCER
Class 3A Sectional 8 at Noblesville: Anderson, Fishers, Hamilton Southeastern, Muncie Central, Noblesville, Pendleton Heights. (Winner advances to Logansport regional.)
Class 3A Sectional 10 at Guerin Catholic: Arsenal Tech, Carmel, Guerin Catholic, North Central, Pike, Westfield, Zionsville. (Winner advances to Brebeuf Jesuit regional.)
Class 2A Sectional 24 at Yorktown: Delta, Hamilton Heights, Jay County, New Castle, Yorktown. (Winner advances to Marion regional.)
Class 1A Sectional 37 at Taylor: Eastern, Sheridan, Taylor, Tipton, Tri-Central, University. (Winner advances to Northwestern regional.)

Boys and girls soccer semi-states will take place at four sites.
NORTH: Kokomo, South Bend St. Joseph.
SOUTH: Evansville North, Seymour.
The state finals are set for Oct. 30 and 31. Oct. 30 games take place at Grand Park, while Oct. 31 games take place at Fishers High School.
VOLLEYBALL
Class 4A Sectional 8 at Hamilton Southeastern: Carmel, Fishers, Hamilton Southeastern, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville. (Winner advances to Noblesville regional.)
Class 3A Sectional 27 at Bishop Chatard: Bishop Chatard, Brebeuf Jesuit, Guerin Catholic, Hamilton Heights, Manual, Shortridge. (Winner advances to Danville regional.)
Class 2A Sectional 43 at Western Boone: Heritage Christian, Park Tudor, Sheridan, University, Western Boone. (Winner advances to Heritage Christian regional.)
Semi-states will take place at the following locations:

The state finals are again at Ball State University.
