Three Hamilton County softball players earned spots on the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association’s Class 4A/3A All-State teams.
Hamilton Southeastern junior Abby Taylor was named to Second Team All-State. Two more players were named to Third Team All-State: Westfield senior Ashley Swartout and HSE junior Jordan Rager.
Meanwhile, Noblesville senior Cheney Gertz was named to the ICGSA’s Academic All-State team. Several other players were named as Honorable Mention: Fishers’ Sydney Milburn, Kristina Gordon and Diane Abbott; Hamilton Heights’ Jessica Kaurich and Taylor Ewing; Southeastern’s Courtney Kocal, Hailey Ogan and Breanna Zook; and Westfield’s Ashley Swartout, Corrine Molter, Regan Nickel and Dory Thompson.
