Huskies have good results at Purdue HSR Qualifier

The Hamilton Heights track and field teams had several good results at the West Lafayette Hoosier State Relays Qualifier, which took place March 10 at Purdue University.
Taylor Standridge won the girls pole vault with a winning effort of 10 feet, 9 inches. In the boys pole vault, Peyton McQuinn took second, vaulting 13 feet, 6 inches.

Pole vault: 1. Taylor Standridge 10-9, 10. Maddie Hutcherson 7-0.
Long jump: 4. Ewing 16-3.5.

Carmel’s Seth Hargis finished seventh at the Whiteland HSR Qualifier on March 11 at the University of Indianapolis. Hargis cleared 11 feet, six inches.
