The Hamilton Heights boys dropped a 65-57 Hoosier Conference East Division game at Tipton Friday.
The Huskies led 17-14 after one quarter, but a 22-point second period for the Blue Devils gave them a 36-32 halftime lead. Heights cut that lead to 48-47 after three quarters before Tipton outscored the Huskies 17-10 in the fourth.
Sam Dawson continued his hot shooting pace, making five 3-pointers on his way to 19 points. Maddox Bohland had 15 points, while John Irion contributed 12 points and seven rebounds. Tillman Etchison handed out eight assists.
Heights finished division play 2-2 and is 5-11 overall. The Huskies go back on the road Thursday, playing at Frankton.
