Hamilton Heights cruised to a 55-38 home victory over Lapel on Friday.
The Huskies outscored in each quarter, leading 14-8 after the first period and 28-20 at halftime. Heights then held a 36-25 advantage after three quarters, then poured in 19 points in the fourth.
Luke Carroll had an outstanding game, earning a double-double of 17 points and 14 rebounds. Tillman Etchison scored 13 points, while Isaac Tuma added nine points. Evan Williamson hit two 3-pointers. As a team, Heights played efficiently, making 15-of-28 shots, or 53 percent.
The Huskies are 5-5 and play tonight at Western Boone to begin a three-game road trip.
