Huskies beat WeBo for weekend sweep

Hamilton Heights went 2-0 this weekend, following up a Friday win at Lapel by returning home on Saturday to defeat Western Boone 89-56.
The Huskies were in control from the beginning, leading 27-17 after the first quarter, and outscored the Stars in each period. Heights held a 44-29 advantage at halftime, then added 24 more points in the third quarter.
Gus Etchison had his usual outstanding game, scoring 31 points. Etchison made five 3-pointers and also handed out six assists. Isaac Wilson added 21 points and collected six rebounds, while Luke Carroll chipped in 17 points and led the rebounding with eight. Both Carroll and Wilson had three 3s.
Isaac Tuma pulled five rebounds, while Noah Linville made four assists.
The Huskies are 7-2 for the season and host Sheridan next Saturday.
