The Hamilton Southeastern boys junior varsity track and field team won a dual meet with Zionsville 71-46 Tuesday at Reynolds Royals Stadium.
Notable performances included senior Jake Ledford running the 100 dash in 11.71 seconds and junior Nock Bostock sweeping the 110 and 300 hurdles. Coming off a short break, Brady Southern won the 1600 run by beating teammate James Rathbun by less than a second.
Southeastern swept the 400 dash, which was led by Cobey Fields, who clocked in at just over 54 seconds. The Royals also swept the 800 run with a winning time of 2:12 by Alexis Gien. Isaac Abeo won the high jump and personal records were set for a few athletes in the long jump, shot put and discus.
Southeastern hosts a meet tonight then travels to Franklin Central on Friday for the Bill Self Invitational.
