Carmel split a pair of away games this past weekend.
The Greyhounds dropped an overtime contest at Warren Central, 55-52 on Friday, Feb. 20. Carmel jumped out to an 18-8 lead after the first quarter, then was ahead 28-17 at halftime and 42-30 after three periods.
But the Warriors came back, outscoring the Hounds 15-3 in the fourth to force overtime. Warren then edged out Carmel 10-7 in the extra period.
Cash Daniels and Evan Harrell both scored 16 points for the Greyhounds; Harrell pulled 10 rebounds for a double-double. Daniels had five rebounds and four assists.
Carmel traveled to Providence on Saturday, Feb. 21 and won 58-39. Stats were not available at press time.
