The Indiana Extension Homemakers Association (IEHA) has a program called First Books for Kids to benefit students ages 3, 4 and 5 at Head Start Facilities. The IEHA volunteer joins a classroom to read a donated story book to the children. At the end of the reading the volunteer presents a copy of the book to each child in attendance. For more information about IEHA visit ieha-families.org.
