High school boys golfers will have the opportunity to play in two tournaments this June.
The Indiana Boys Golf Senior Open will be played June 3 and 4 at The Legends Golf Club in Franklin. The tournament is open to the first 120 players from the Class of 2020 who register. Westfield coach Josh Bryant is on the tournament committee, and several Hamilton County players have already registered for the event.
The following week, the Indiana 2020 Team Tournament will take place. A qualifying round is scheduled for Monday, June 8 at seven golf clubs around the state (The Legends, Country Oaks, Brookwood, Otter Creek, Ulen Country Club, The Players Club, Harrison Hills); teams may choose their site. The top 18 teams out of the qualifying round advance to the finals, which are set for June 10 and 11 at the Purdue University Ackerman Course.
Registration for the Team Tournament runs from May 8 to May 29 through the Indiana Golf Association.
