Closing costs are a crucial aspect of buying a home, and in its third annual study financial technology company SmartAsset shows where they are lowest.
The study measures closing costs as a percentage of median home value at the county level and Hamilton County was among those with the lowest closing costs in Indiana.
At only 1.3 percent, Hamilton County has the lowest cost as a percentage of home value in Indiana. Hamilton County also has the highest average home value of any county listed in the top 10.
