At 9:06 p.m. on Tuesday, police officers from the Noblesville Police Department responded to the Lowe’s parking lot, located at 16800 Mercantile Blvd., Noblesville, in reference to a report of suspicious items.
Officers arrived on the scene and located a driver’s or passenger’s side vehicle seat lying in the parking lot. There was blood on the seat and several adult teeth on and in close proximity to the seat. The seat is believed to be from a Jeep Wrangler.
