The Carmel Police Department is attempting to locate a missing/runaway juvenile. Portia Craig, 17, was last seen in Carmel at approximately 11 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10. She is 5-foot-5 and weighs about 100 pounds, with long pink braids and brown eyes. She also has multiple heart tattoos on her forearms and “LOVE” written across her fingers. She is not believed to be in any immediate danger.
