The Carmel Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.
Fuming Li, a 63-year-old Asian male, was last seen near the area of 146th Street and Ditch Road on the west side of Carmel around 5 a.m. Thursday. He is believed to be on foot.
Mr. Li is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. He is wearing the same jacket as pictured. If you have seen Mr. Li, please contact your local law enforcement agency or call 911.
