The Carmel Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the subject seen in the photograph.
The subject is described as a white male, 25 to 35 years old, 6 feet to 6 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 240 pounds, with short brown hair. At the time of the theft, the subject was wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt beneath a dark jacket, light blue jeans and brown shoes.
This subject is a suspect in a theft and is believed to be a repeat offender.
