Help Carmel cops catch bold, blithe porch pirate who pilfered packages in mid-March

The Carmel Police Department is investigating a package theft that occurred on March 16 in the 1700 block of Blyth Street. The individual pictured was captured on surveillance video taking a package from the front porch of a residence.

    What will they tell them if caught? No no boys and girls. You can’t steal other peoples property. You are making a bad choice.
