Helen L. Thomas, 84, Noblesville, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on July 12, 1941, to James and Ethel (Pope) Shubert in Bonny Blue, Va.
Helen worked for a number of years at A&P, and then in banking for 23 years at Wainwright Bank, M&I Bank, Metro Bank, First Indiana Bank, and BMO Harris. She was a member of Hope Bible Fellowship.
Helen is survived by her children, Tom (Jennie) Thomas and Becky (Mark) Vincent; brother, Danny Shubert; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Thomas; grandchildren, Kyle (Tiffany) Thomas, Chad (Alyssa) Thomas, Casey (Keith) Bjurstrom, Jacob (Megan) Vincent, Christine (Isaac) Taylor, Olivia (Eli) McCracken, Joey Thomas, and Ruby Thomas; her great-grandchildren, Faith, Mali, Emersyn, Brycey, Hank, Quinn, Joelle, Leah, and Samuel; and a great-grandson due in February.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Thomas, Sr.; daughter, Patty Thomas; son, Jim Thomas; brothers, Bobby Joe Shubert and Dickie Shubert; sister, Ida Belle Johnson; and her half sisters, Nell Banks and Zelma Willis.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon, with services at noon, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
