Students and staff at Hamilton Heights are enjoying a week of spirit-filled activities leading up to this Friday’s Homecoming game. “TV Channels” is this year’s overall Homecoming theme. Seniors are representing ESPN; Juniors, Game Show Network; Sophomores, Food Network; and Freshman have selected National Geographic.
On Monday students enjoyed comfort on Pajama Day; Tuesday was Dress like Dad Day; Thursday is Frat Day and a Lip Sync battle at 2 p.m. Friday everyone can show their Husky pride with Orange and White Day. Friday also features a convocation on “Your Life Speaks” with Nathan Harmon between 9 and 10:30 a.m. The annual Seniors vs. Faculty basketball game begins at 2 p.m. followed by a pep rally.
Hamilton Heights Huskies take on the Tipton Blue Devils beginning with the junior varsity game at 6 p.m. Varsity halftime festivities begin with the Hamilton Heights High School Student Government honoring alumni from the classes of 1968, 1978, 1988, 1998 and 2008. The official crowning of the 2018 Winter Homecoming King and Queen will conclude the break.
