The Hamilton Heights girls tennis team got two dual meet wins this week.
On Wednesday, the Huskies defeated Muncie Central 4-1. Ella Maiden won the No. 1 singles match 6-0, 6-0, while No. 3 singles Samantha Burk was victorious 6-0, 6-1. In doubles, No. 1 Jenna Kelley and Maddi Martin were 6-2, 6-0 winners, while No. 2 Meredith Dodson and Taylor Harley won 6-1, 6-1.
On Thursday, Heights swept Elwood 5-0. Maiden won 6-2, 6-1, No. 2 singles Olivia Mansfield triumphed 7-5, 7-6 (4), and Burk cruised to a 6-3, 6-2 victory. In doubles, Kelley and Martin won 6-2, 6-1 and Dodson and Harley took their match 6-4, 7-6 (2).
