Joe Ringer, a junior-to-be at Hamilton Heights High School, recently finished second at the Tri Indy Triathlon in Brownsburg. Only 33-year old defending champion Mitchel Jankowski bettered Ringer’s time by about a minute. Ringer, a resident of Cicero, is traveling to Trexlertown, Penn. to compete in USA Cycling’s Juniors Track National Championships July 7-15.
