Bestselling author and child psychiatrist Dr. Tovah Klein will be at Carmel Clay Public Library, 425 E. Main St., at 2 p.m. Oct. 27 to discuss her new book, Raising Resilience, which focuses on her extensive research in how to foster and fortify strong, healthy relationships between parent and child.

Tovah P. Klein, Ph.D., is a psychology professor at Barnard College, Columbia University and Director of the Center for Toddler Development.
