Hamilton County Republican Women (HCRW) has announced that high school seniors Alyssa Boyer and Price Knowles are the 2020 recipients of the HCRW Scholarship. They will each receive a $500.

Two scholarships are given each year to high school seniors who plan to attend a college or university in the fall. Applicants must display an interest in the political/legislative process and be a registered Republican.
Alyssa Boyer is a 2020 graduate from Hamilton Southeastern High School and she will be attending Purdue University in the fall to study Aeronautical Engineering. She is the granddaughter of Ann Lloyd, who was a very active member of the Hamilton County Republican Club for many years. Alyssa’s grandmother encouraged her to never be afraid to voice her opinion and shared her many conservative beliefs while growing up.
Price Knowles will be attending Trine University to major in Civil Engineering. He is a 2020 graduate from Hamilton Heights High School. He is a 2019 Hoosier Boys State Delegate and the recipient of the DAR (Good Citizen Award 2020). He volunteers for many organizations and is a member of the National Honor Society.
