Sheridan lost its Sectional 40 semi-final game to Class 2A No. 4 Frankton Friday night at Elwood.
The Eagles jumped out to a 22-7 first quarter lead, then were ahead 33-15 at halftime and 45-23 after three periods. Drake Delph scored 10 points to lead the Blackhawks, while Nick Burnell collected eight rebounds. Nolan Buckner pulled four rebounds, with Caleb Duke, Walker Casler and Will Zachery each making a 3-pointer.
Sheridan finished its season 8-14.
