The Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank, HCHFB, is celebrating 10 years of “feeding our community” with an evening of fun and fundraising from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20 at Blackhawk Winery, 28153 W. Ditch Road, Sheridan.
This year’s event will be hosted by Wil Hampton, longtime sportscaster in the Indianapolis market, working with the Indianapolis Colts and Ball State University.
Once again dinner will be a fantastic culinary experience due to the skills of Chef Ryan Nelson of Late Harvest Kitchen and North End BBQ, his two highly-acclaimed Indianapolis restaurants.
Those in attendance will enjoy wine tasting courtesy of hosts Deb and John Miller of Blackhawk Winery.
Anarchy Axe of Indianapolis will bring its mobile axe throwing competition to the vineyard for attendees – novice and experienced – to try out their throwing prowess.
Dave Lowe, pianist extraordinaire, will add his musical entertainment to the evening’s ambience.
Throughout the evening there will be raffles of baskets: IU and Purdue Tailgating, Conrad Hilton Spa, Downtown Noblesville Merchants, Pet Lovers, Wine Lovers, and a 50/50.
Tickets are $45 available on Eventbrite.com.
Gold Sponsors for this year’s events include The Farmers Bank and St. Vincent Ascension. Silver Sponsors are: First Merchants, Barnes and Thornburg LLP, Gaylor Electric, Martin Dentistry, and Ryan Fire Protection. To inquire about sponsorships, contact president@hchfoodbank.org.
