Members of the Hamilton Heights Middle School Junior Husky Volleyball Club conducted their annual Christmas shopping trip for Angels’ Attic on Dec. 11. The coaches, girls and some very kind parents all went shopping together to help fill the shelves of the local pantry based at the Arcadia Christian Church. They were able to purchase enough food to help nearly 100 local families. Just as important as raising money and maximizing the value of the money to spend was the actual shopping spree, which teaches students about the joy of giving and thinking of others.
