“I am honored and humbled to receive the endorsement of our Hamilton County fire fighters,” Alexander said. “Coming from a background of public service, I know the commitment these men and women make every day to keep us safe.”

Alexander, who is running on a platform of economic vitality, civil discourse and fiscal responsibility, has worked as director of public works for the City of Westfield and director of Grand Park, and currently serves as vice president of Carmel-based CTI Construction.

“Ken Alexander has a strong commitment to the people and the communities in District 4. From Sheridan to Hortonville, to Westfield through Carmel, Ken possesses a great ability to connect with people and create ideas on how to build stronger neighborhoods directly impacted by the work of the county council. This collaborative attitude is important not only for a member of the county council but it is how our firefighters operate on a daily basis when we assist communities small and large, whatever the emergency,” said Tony Murray, President of Hamilton County Professional Fire Fighters Local 4416.

In addition to this endorsement, Alexander was recently endorsed by the MIBOR (Metropolitan Board of Realtors).

Alexander lives in Westfield with his wife and three children.
