The Guerin Catholic girls lacrosse team won its Senior Night game on Thursday, beating Brebeuf Jesuit 15-3, clinching the Circle City Conference championship.
Gabby Deer scored five goals for the Golden Eagles, followed by Jane Cline with four goals and Caroline Ford with three goals. Natalie Laughon, Camy Carter and Ella Capofari all scored one goal.
Deer and Ford both dished out two assists, with Carter, Cline and Capofari each providing one assist. Deer, Ford and Sophia Galvin all collected four ground balls, with Ford getting seven draw controls. Galvin had three forced turnovers. Audrey Papay made three saves.
Guerin Catholic is 14-1 for the season. The Golden Eagles host Cathedral on Monday, then travel to Culver Academies on Tuesday to finish the regular season.
