The Guerin Catholic girls lacrosse team improved to 5-0 on Tuesday after beating Fishers 14-1. Senior Carly Wilson scored four goals to lead the Golden Eagles. Guerin scored eight goals in the second quarter and added the other six in the fourth quarter, with the Tigers scoring their goal in the fourth. The Golden Eagles’ defense was led by Emma Smith, Averie Argir, Amelia Youngman and Kylie Crisci.

Carmel girls lacrosse off to 2-0 start
The Carmel girls lacrosse team is off to a 2-0 start this season.
The Greyhounds opened their season with a 13-7 win over Cathedral on Saturday. Maddie McGarty led Carmel with four goals and one assist.
On Tuesday, the Greyhounds beat Bishop Chatard 19-9 in a home game at Murray Stadium. McGarty had seven goals and two assists, while Hannah Kim scored five goals and handed out three assists.
Carmel will host Guerin Catholic on Thursday.
