Building a legacy of fun & connection

“Our mission is to create vibrant, safe spaces where families can bond, stay active, and celebrate life’s moments,” said Erick Paulino, co-founder of Ground Control Trampoline Park. “As a family-owned and operated business, we’re excited to bring this innovative experience to Westfield, offering the community a place that combines fun, fitness, and connection.”

Project Manager Mike Pepiot said, “We had many entertainment options come to us as we are right next to Grand Park, and we are excited to have signed Ground Control to an agreement to locate at the 191st Development. Our Design Build team has started work on the project, and it is expected to be open by the spring of 2026 to support the Grand Park visitors and community.”

Scott Wise, CBRE Vice President of Retail Brokerage, is handling the commercial real estate development for the project.

“We had targeted a family entertainment center for the project and were fortunate to find Ground Control as a great addition to the community of Westfield and visitors coming to Grand Park,” said Wise, who commented that they will be announcing other users soon. “I will also be leasing out over 50,000 square feet available for retailers, restaurants, boutique fitness, and more.”
