A well-deserved congratulations to Mary-Margaret, a dedicated Carmel Elementary student with a passion for English Language Arts, on her role as the last Deputy Mayor of 2024. Her exceptional skills in reading and comprehension were evident when she recently reviewed Mayor Sue Finkam’s report to the City Council.
