Indiana Economic Development Corporation President Elaine Bedel and city officials will join executives from BorgWarner, a global automotive technologies provider, today at 10 a.m. to celebrate the grand opening of its new technical center in Hamilton County located at 13975 BorgWarner Drive (141st Street and Olio Road). Facility tours will be available to media following the ceremony.
In 2017, BorgWarner announced plans to expand its Indiana operations, constructing a new 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Noblesville and creating 23 new, high-wage jobs. The new technical center will increase the company’s research and development capacities in order to meet increased demand for its propulsion systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.
