The Guerin Catholic boys stayed perfect in Circle City Conference play on Friday, beating Brebeuf Jesuit 52-39 at the Eagles Nest.
The Braves led 10-9 after the first quarter, but the Class 3A No. 3 Golden Eagles jumped ahead in the second period, leading 27-21 at halftime. Guerin Catholic led 34-27 after three quarters, then clinched the game with an 18-point fourth period.
Bryson Cardinal led the Golden Eagles with a double-double of 21 points and 11 rebounds. Jake Grissom added 18 points, while Ryne Paris collected five rebounds.
Guerin Catholic is 3-0 in conference play and 14-2 overall. The Golden Eagles are back in action Tuesday when they host Scecina.
