Golden Eagles fall to Park Tudor

Guerin Catholic dropped its season-opening game on Wednesday, falling to Park Tudor 62-55 at the Eagles’ Nest.
The Golden Eagles led 13-11 after the first quarter, but the Panthers came back to lead 28-27 at halftime. Park Tudor then had a 20-point third period and held on to get the win.
Bernie McGuinness led Guerin Catholic with 24 points, including two 3-pointers, one each in the third and fourth periods. Joseph Bobilya and Cameron Weitzel both had seven points, including a 3 from Weitzel.
The Golden Eagles host Manual on Saturday.
