Guerin Catholic scored a late fourth-quarter touchdown to beat Culver Academies 25-20 in a Friday night road game.
The Golden Eagles’ Justin Zdobylak got the first touchdown of the game with 8:13 left in the opening quarter. Culver tied the game up at 7-7 with 4:18 left in the first. The contest was then tied 13-13 at halftime.
Culver went up 20-13 in the third quarter, but Zdobylak delivered a five-yard rushing touchdown to get GC within 20-19 early in the fourth quarter. Finally, with 1:26 left in the game, Ryan Zimmerman ran 12 yards into the end zone and that would be the game-winner.

Guerin Catholic is 2-7 and hosts Hamilton Heights next Friday in the first round of Class 3A Sectional 28.
