This coveted list contains contactor members who are committed to executing the country’s most innovative, quality-driven, and safe projects across the country ranked by hours worked.
To be eligible, Top Performers must demonstrate world-class safety performance and construction process. One must achieve Gold status or higher in ABC’s Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) Management System, which ensures the contractor is six times safer than the national average. Gaylor Electric has continuously received the highest acknowledgment, Diamond level STEP Certification. Through STEP, the contractor must also be an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) certified. The prestigious AQC publicly recognizes and honors those who have documented their commitment to quality, safety, talent management, craft and management education, and community relations.
