Garold L. Baldwin, 70, of Fortville, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 in Pendleton. He was born January 3, 1947 in Noblesville to the late Donald L. and Ruth A. (Tomlinson) Baldwin.
Garold retired from the former Brookside Corporation in 1995 after 30 years’ service. He also helped his son with Baldwin Excavating. He enjoyed listening to IU Basketball, watching the Washington Redskins, Andy Griffith and Gunsmoke.
Garold is survived by son: Bernie (Angie) Baldwin of Fortville; granddaughters: Hannah and Haley Baldwin; twin brother Harold Baldwin of Fortville; sisters: Peggy (Tim) Beaver of Noblesville; Donna (Harold) Isenhower of Arcadia and Dora Baldwin of Pendleton; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife Collette (Marks) Baldwin in 1995 and sisters Sandra Bonisa and Sharon Newhausel.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville with visitation beginning at 11:30 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
