Trini Beaver, Hamilton County Recorder, is bringing you the services of the Hamilton County Recorder’s Office operating almost exclusively on user fees. She is keeping our taxes low.
She has another new free service. Free gratis for nothing without costing a cent. You can sign up for free for a Property Fraud Alert service. Property fraud occurs when someone records a fraudulent document in the County Land Records Office making it look like they own your home or property. Trini Beaver’s property fraud alert is a free service that notifies subscribers against the possibilities of fraudulent activity being committed against their property. She employs the new Hamilton County Recorder’s Office software to provide the service.
You can sign up for free by visiting PropertyFraudAlert.com or you can call the Property Fraud Alert Hotline at 1-800-728-3858. You can register in English or Spanish. You can also choose how you want to be notified. Notifications can come out by text, telephone call, or email.
