A downtown Noblesville landmark, the former Key Bank building, has been renovated and is now opening as an office building to be known as the Gordon Building.
Daren Ratcliffe, president of Noblesville Premium Properties, has announced an open house at the facility, 110 N. 9th St., to be held June 17 beginning at 4:30 p.m. The public may tour the building and enjoy refreshments and music until 6:30.
Sixteen office suites are now for rent in the historic building that housed banking institutions from 1910 until Key Bank closed the location last year.
Firms that lease space will have access to a conference room, a cafe-style break room, elevator service, parking, and a copy room.
