Last month, Hamilton County Judge Paul Felix was appointed to the Fifth District Court of Appeals by Governor Eric Holcomb following the retirement of Judge Margret Robb. This week, many of Judge Felix’s friends, colleagues, and associates gathered to wish him well on his ascension to the appeals court.
