Fishers Tri Kappa makes a big impact by combining fun and service. The organization’s newest event, Wacky Trivia, promises an evening of laughter with family-friendly trivia hosted by a professional comedian.

All Wacky Trivia proceeds will support Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation (HSEF) 2nd Chance Teacher Grants. Tickets for the fundraiser, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at Daniel’s Vineyard, 9061 N. County Road 700 West, McCordsville, cost $20 and are available on Eventbrite.

“Wacky Trivia is going to be a blast,” Event Co-chair Patti Tornquist said. “You’ll laugh during the game and leave with a smile.”

Wacky Trivia isn’t your typical trivia night. The host has created a unique experience with a mix of regular trivia questions and some unusual games. In addition to trivia, you can enjoy food and wine for purchase, participate in a wine pull, heads and tails game, and possibly win prizes.

While Wacky Trivia is its newest event, Fishers Tri Kappa is known for holding other successful fundraisers, including Mardi Gras-themed bingo and a prom dress sale with new and gently used dresses. Members of the women’s group also provide a water stop at the Geist Marathon and bless a local family with Christmas gifts.

Fishers Tri Kappa is proud to support nonprofits in Hamilton County, donating over $25,000 in 2023-2024. In addition to HSEF 2nd Chance Teacher Grants, the group supports Riley Hospital, Fishers Youth Assistance Program, the Humane Society of Hamilton County, Prevail, HAND, and other nonprofits. One of the most rewarding activities for Fishers Tri Kappa members is deciding how to distribute the funds they raise.

“Don’t miss out on Wacky Trivia,” Tornquist said. “You’ll have a lot of fun while supporting a great cause.”
