Fishers to burn it down, blow it up on Tuesday

The annual Spark!Fishers festival, ignited by First Internet Bank, will return with a weeklong celebration in Fishers’ downtown Nickel Plate District June 21 to 25.

This year’s festival also kicks off the city’s Sesquicentennial Year celebration, marking Fishers’ 150th birthday. With a variety of ways for the community to celebrate each day, the patriotic festival showcases what it means to be uniquely Fishers while celebrating the nation’s freedom.

“We invite the community to join us for another great year of Spark!Fishers,” Director of Fishers Parks Sarah Sandquist said. “The week-long festival has something for everyone and brings Fishers’ residents together to celebrate community and build traditions.”
